Anyone else remember when Ronald Reagon delivered the knockout punch to President Jimmy Carter in the 1980 presidential debates by simply asking the question " Are you better off today than you were 4 years ago?"
Flash forward 32 years and ask yourself that same question
Carter is happy Obama has taken the title of the worst president in history away from him
ReplyDeleteExcept that here is the current data:
ReplyDeleteUnemployment rate 8.6 and heading down.
Number unemployed 13.1M
Gas $3.27
Misery index 11.9
This data is all a month old, and will likely be improving again this month.
Also, ask yourself the question are you better or worse off than you would have been if McCain had been elected.
ReplyDeleteMcain and that super intelligent running mate of his, would have us paying at least two more wars (Iran and North Korea).I personally would have had Hillary win and still do.
ReplyDeleteThe majority of people that I know voted for president Obama are disappointed and are not enthused about voting for him again. Why isn’t the democrat party offering us a better choice? Do they want to just hand the Oval Office to the republicans?
ReplyDeleteTim I would bet that everything is going to get better until the vote is cast in November which leads me to wonder why nothing was done until an election is forthcoming. That makes me think of all the high gas and heat bills I have paid over the last 4 years that could have been kept lower by those in power if they cared one iota about the regular people
