FEEDBACK: We Need Reader Feedback
We need some reader feedback.
As you have noticed we have been lax in getting mew posts online. We have had complaints about the new format being slow to load and other issues so we have been devoting some time trying to figure out how to correct these problems and are looking at a new format that will be faster and easier on our readers. We have made some recent changes to try and correct some of these problems and would like to hear back from you so we can tell if our readers have seen any improvement. The whole Google Blogger is making changes that don’t seem to be for the better in our opinion but we will have to deal with them if we want to stay on this venue. We just got notice that additional “upgrades” on Google will be added in August also.
Please let us know if you are having any issues with our present format.

ReplyDeleteRemoving the Dextra feed code has seemed to me to speed up your main site page considerably. I don't know if this was the problem, I too have had a slow response while loading your home page over the last couple of weeks. It now seems much better.
ReplyDeleteNot knowing what else you have done (or google blogspot for that matter), I can't say for sure that this was the problem. Maybe you can add it back after some time to see if the problem comes back.
I enjoy the blogs on Dextra and think it's an asset to the Montana blogosphere.
I think you're doing a bang-up job over here HDC, enjoy reading your blog.
