Stimulating the economy has now stimulated the unemployment rate to a record 10.2% which is the highest it has been since 1983. Of course this must all still be Bush’s fault because President Obama, Senator Max Baucus, and Senator Tester can do no wrong and are busy stimulating us with everything from health-care to Czars in charge of keeping yard sales safe. Obama’s very“stimulated” 10.2% unemployment rate is the worst the United States has endured since the recession that was dumped in President Reagan’ s lap by Jimmy Carter in the early 80’s. On the flip side, President Obama has made good on his promise to spend less time dealing will illegal immigration and more on the economy. Arrests of illegal immigrant workers at work sites have dropped by more than 50 per-cent from 2008. Currently there are 12 million unemployed Americans which contrasts with the current illegal immigrant population of 15 million.
It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out a solution to this one. Call your Senator at the Capital switchboard 1-202-224-3121 and point out the obvious because they just don’t get it.
