Gas Prices

Fuel prices crept up under President Bush and all we heard was that Damn Bush – Cheney and the “oil grabs”  Fuel prices are now closing in on 4 bucks here in little Havre and I have yet to hear one word about President Obama and his comrades.

Sure is funny don’t you think?

  1. That's the lamestream media for you - covering up for socialists all the way.

There IS something we all can do about Obama's fuel price fiasco. It starts with putting the blame exactly where it belongs, on Obama and his administration, and keeping it there.

  2. We don't want to dwell on the price of oil or our free falling dollar, and our monstrous deficit, if we did we might realize how very badly Obama has led our country.

  4. Gas at the pump went up and so did gas at the meter, I pay more to heat my house than I pay to drive my car on a daily average how come no one ever talks about NW Energy soaking us have you looked at their bill all the bogus charges Transmition charge, distribution charge, meter charge, regulated gas, unregulated gas. If the local gas stations charged all these fees we would be paying $ 10.00 a gallon.

  5. One could add that the weak US dollar is VERY good for the State of Montana.

The weak dollar has raised the price of all commodities, and Montana is an exporting state.

High grain prices are a direct result, but also many of Montanas other exports such as coal, metals, petroleum, wind power and timber.

If the republican truly wanted to be pro business, they would not work so hard to kill the multi million dollar medical marijuana industry in the state. Allowed to flourish, the state could be the leading exporter of marijuana (the real cash crop) in the world. The market is limitless, and with the legit approval of local government could develop some strong brands known around the world.
